A small beige–ochraceous Inocybe notable for its bitter-almond odour, whitish fibrillose stipe, and nodulose brown spores. Found under Leptospermum scoparium in coastal New Zealand forests.

Pileus: Up to 25 mm diam. Conical to campanulate to broadly convex-umbonate. Beige to ochraceous-brownish, often with a reddish tint. Whitish fibrils when young; surface innately fibrillose, becoming squamulose or scaly at the disc. Margin lacerate, dry. No conspicuous veil remnants.
Lamellae: Adnate, ventricose. Whitish to beige‑grey. Edge white-fimbriate. L 14-20, l 1-3 (-5).
Stipe: 15-25 x 2-3 mm, cylindrical. Small marginate bulb at base (to ~5 mm diam.). Whitish, becoming brownish with age. Entire length covered with minute whitish longitudinal fibrils. Conspicuous veil remnants absent. Dry, hollow. Occurs single or in small groups.
